Milasha TV Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

Milasha TV (“Milasha TV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides access to web-based television streaming services, channel packages, video playback features, program guide features, account tools, billing tools, and related website functionality (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account, subscribe, activate a trial, access any package, or use the Services.

2. Description of Service

Milasha TV provides access to selected television channels and related audiovisual content through our web-based player. Content availability depends on the package selected, your account status, licensing, technical availability, geographic restrictions, provider availability, and other factors.

Milasha TV currently provides access through the milasha.tv website. Unless clearly stated otherwise, we do not guarantee support for third-party apps, unauthorized players, browser extensions, set-top boxes, smart TV apps, or external IPTV software.

Channel line-ups may vary by region depending on where the Service is used and where we are licensed to offer the relevant content. We do not guarantee a fixed or permanent channel list.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account and use the Services. By using Milasha TV, you represent that you have the legal right and capacity to enter into these Terms and that your use of the Services is lawful where you are located.

4. Accounts and Security

You may be required to create an account to access packages, trials, subscriptions, or the web player. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account information current. Each user may register only once; duplicate or fraudulent registrations may result in suspension.

Your login credentials are personal to you. You may not sell, share, rent, transfer, publish, or distribute your account credentials or access links. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity by anyone who uses your login information.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your account is being misused, shared, compromised, used for unauthorized redistribution, used for abusive behavior, or used in violation of these Terms.

5. User Verification

Milasha TV may require email verification, phone verification, payment verification, or other account checks before granting or continuing access. We may deny, delay, suspend, or terminate access if verification is incomplete, inaccurate, suspicious, or inconsistent with our account rules.

6. Subscriptions, Trials, Billing, and Payments

Some Services require payment. Package prices, available channels, trial terms, subscription terms, billing periods, and renewal details are shown during signup, checkout, or inside your account. Stated prices include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise noted.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors, including Stripe. By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge applicable fees, taxes, renewal charges, and other amounts related to your subscription or selected package. You also authorize us to charge any valid payment method associated with your account if your primary payment method becomes unavailable or is declined. You agree to keep your payment information current.

If a payment fails, we may suspend access to your account until the outstanding amount is successfully charged. Any costs arising from failed payments, chargebacks, or collection may be your responsibility to the extent permitted by law.

Free trials, promotional access, or temporary packages may be limited by time, account, device, payment method, email, phone number, household, or other fraud-prevention criteria. We may modify, limit, deny, or revoke trials if we believe they are being abused.

7. Price Changes

We may adjust the prices of our Services within an existing subscription where our own costs of providing the Service change, including content and licensing costs, signal and technical delivery costs, customer support and payment-processing costs, and taxes, fees, or charges imposed by authorities. Cost decreases are taken into account in the same way as cost increases, and any price change is limited to offsetting the actual change in these costs.

We will notify you of any price change at least thirty (30) days before it takes effect, using the contact details associated with your account (for example, by email). If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect. If you do not cancel, your subscription continues at the updated price.

8. Renewals and Cancellation

Subscriptions may renew automatically for the same period unless canceled before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method for each renewal period until you cancel. You are responsible for canceling before renewal if you do not want to continue service.

You may cancel at any time through your account. When you cancel, your access generally continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your subscription is not renewed afterward. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically create a refund for previous charges, partial periods, unused time, or used trial access unless required by law or clearly stated by Milasha TV.

9. Pausing Your Subscription

If you have a monthly subscription, you may temporarily pause it for one, two, or three months using a pause feature in your account, where available. This feature may be used a limited number of times per calendar year (up to twice), and may not be available for subscriptions purchased through certain third-party platforms.

No subscription fee is charged for the paused period. You may end the pause early at any time through your account and resume the Service. Pausing does not extend the originally agreed subscription term; once the pause ends, the subscription automatically continues on the then-current terms unless canceled.

10. Refund Policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once access has been activated or made available. We may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, especially where there is a verified billing error or technical issue caused by Milasha TV. We do not guarantee refunds for user device issues, unsupported browsers, internet problems, third-party network problems, provider outages, user cancellation after renewal, or failure to use the Service.

11. Content Availability and Changes

Channels, packages, movies, program guide data, logos, archive availability, and other content may change at any time. Some channels may be removed, added, renamed, interrupted, temporarily unavailable, replaced, delayed, or unavailable on certain devices or browsers. We may update the channel list without prior notice in order to comply with licensing, technical, or legal requirements.

We do not guarantee that any particular channel, program, movie, event, language package, archive function, or guide listing will always be available.

12. Service Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Services available and reliable, aiming for a high level of annual availability. Availability is not guaranteed, and the Services may be limited or interrupted from time to time.

Periods of limited or unavailable access are not counted against our availability efforts where they result from: conditions or equipment you are responsible for providing (such as your device, browser, or internet connection); faults in data or telecommunications networks operated by others; unauthorized third-party access or attacks not caused by our intent or gross negligence; scheduled or announced maintenance and updates; or events outside our reasonable control as described in the Force Majeure section.

13. Technical Requirements and Streaming Quality

Streaming quality depends on many factors outside our control, including your internet connection, browser, device, operating system, network congestion, provider source quality, and geographic routing. Some channels may work better in one browser than another.

You are responsible for having a compatible device, updated browser, stable internet connection, and any equipment needed to use the Services.

14. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• share, resell, sublicense, redistribute, restream, rebroadcast, or publicly display the Services;
• copy, record, scrape, download, extract, or archive content except where expressly allowed;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, bypass, disable, or interfere with access controls, PIN controls, payment controls, or security tools;
• use bots, scripts, spiders, data-mining, automated tools, credential sharing tools, or unauthorized players;
• attempt to access packages you did not purchase or are not authorized to view;
• use the Services for illegal, abusive, fraudulent, commercial, or harmful purposes;
• interfere with servers, streams, APIs, proxies, payment systems, or other users, including by introducing viruses or other harmful code.

15. Personal and Household Use Only

Unless we give written permission, Milasha TV is for personal, private, non-commercial use only. You may not use the Services in bars, restaurants, clubs, offices, public venues, commercial premises, events, or any public performance environment.

16. Age-Restricted Channels and Parental Controls

Some third-party channels available through the Services may include age-restricted material intended only for adults. Access to any such content is limited to users who are at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction if higher, and only where viewing such content is lawful.

Where age-restricted content may be present, we provide parental control tools, including PIN protection, to help manage access. You are responsible for keeping your account, PIN, and devices secure, for using available parental and device controls, and for preventing minors from accessing your account or playback sessions. No control system is perfect, and you should not rely on these tools alone. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where an account is misused.

17. Privacy and User Data

We collect and process information needed to operate the Services, including account information, login information, email address, phone number where provided, package selections, payment-related information handled through payment processors, subscription status, trial status, verification status, device/browser information, IP address, user agent, usage logs, stream access logs, security logs, and support communications.

We use this information to provide access, process payments, verify accounts, prevent fraud, enforce these Terms, improve the Services, troubleshoot streaming issues, provide support, comply with legal obligations, and protect Milasha TV and our users. 18. Payment Processor and Third-Party Services

Payments may be handled by third-party processors such as Stripe. We do not control every part of third-party payment systems, banks, card networks, email providers, hosting providers, or upstream content providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

19. Intellectual Property

The Milasha TV website, interface, design, layout, logos, software, code, features, text, graphics, and related materials are owned by Milasha TV or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the Services except as allowed by these Terms.

20. Content Rights

Milasha TV provides access to content through packages and sources made available to us. All content rights remain with their respective owners, networks, broadcasters, studios, licensors, and other rights holders. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any content to you.

21. Service Changes, Suspension, and Termination

We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, including packages, channels, features, free trials, payment options, archive features, or guide data.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail payment, misuse access, share credentials, attempt to bypass security, abuse support, provide false information, or use the Services unlawfully.

22. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or perfect service. We do not guarantee that all channels, programs, archives, guide data, or streams will always be available, accurate, compatible, or free of interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Milasha TV disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and compatibility.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Milasha TV will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of access, loss of profits, device issues, streaming interruptions, provider outages, or unauthorized account use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to Milasha TV for the affected subscription period.

24. Force Majeure

Milasha TV is not responsible for any failure or delay in providing the Services caused by events outside our reasonable control. Such events include, for example, natural disasters, severe weather, acts or measures of government or authorities, sanctions, war or armed conflict, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, strikes or other labor disputes, embargoes, and failures of power, networks, or upstream providers. During such events, our obligations are suspended for as long as the event prevents or significantly hinders performance.

25. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Milasha TV, its owners, operators, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your misuse of content, your account activity, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

26. Legal Compliance

You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to your access and use of the Services, including laws related to online services, payments, account use, privacy, and content access in your location.

27. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we may update the effective date, post the revised version, or provide notice through the website, account area, or email. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

28. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
